• "sample_size = 100000;" — why 100000? How did you decide on this number? You were explicitly asked to give an explanation.

• How did you decide on the ordering of hash functions?

• 10000/1000 — a load factor of 10 is quite high. Why these numbers?

• The results for base256 deserve further comments. It seems it produces the same value for every input. Don't you find that strange?

You have done a good job on the lab, and seem to have a solid understanding of the material. Some comments on what you found easy and what you found difficult would be appropriate. Did you seek help at any stage? Add a note to your report when you do, with your reasons for feeling the need for help.
