• Continued work on Iteration 2 with James

-Implemented HTML fetching for RSS data

-Implemented RSS data storing

-Implemented sidebar to show MashupElements

-Implemented Google Map object and code generation

-Implemented mashing of Google Maps with RSS addresses

• Started Iteration 4 with James

-Implemented RSS formatting button

-Implemented new formatted RSS object

-Implemented interface for formatting RSS objects for Google Maps object

Week 10

• Planned Iteration 2 with James
• Worked with James to begin implementing Iteration 2

- Added new tool bar to Kafenio with RSS and GoogleMaps buttons

- Implemented dialog box for adding RSS

- Implemented sidebar to show current mashup elements

- Added dummy code for the RSS representation

- Began HTML fetching code to get the RSS data from the URL

Week 9

• Submitted IR
• Continued work on Iteration 1 with James
• Found Kafenio Java HTML editor
• Imported Kafenio into Eclipse and configured to work
• Meeting with Gill - discussed our open source option and progress so far

Week 8

• Started writing interim report (IR)
• First meeting with Robert - to discuss project progress and IR contents page
• Completed IR

Week 7

• Constructed contents page for interim report
• Updated wiki
• Meeting with Gill - discussed our progress over mid semester break, contents page and what to do now

Mid Semester Break

• Searched the web for open source HTML editors
• Worked with James to create a new Visual Studio project in Visual C++
• Basic application called "Orangeberry" started
• Looked at example code and tutorials for .net
• Searched for more open source HTML editors (specifically WYSIWYG)

- found Nvu and Amaya with sources available for download

• Updated Iteration 1 progress

Week 6

• Worked with James to create new user stories
• Planned iteration 1 for next week with James
• Meeting with Gill - discussed our progress and what we planned to do for mid semester break

Week 5

• Edited main wiki page
• Searched IEEE Xplore for documents relating to mashups - not many results
• Edited user stories and meeting minutes

Week 4

• Started the Architecture Analysis and Mashup Categorization pages
• Worked with James to complete Architecture Analysis and Categorize Mashups
• Worked out our project plan with James
• Meeting with Gill - discussed possible architectures and work for next week

Week 3

• Started the Project Aims, Project Scope and Previous Research pages
• Worked with James to complete Project Aims and Project Scope pages
• Meeting with Gill to discuss progress so far - the aims and project scope
• Completed meeting minutes for this week

Week 2

• Setup wiki page
