Stories

Page of all the stories - all stories generated by work with the customers.

Page of important user stories - stories considered to be of excellent priority by the customers.

Estimation

We estimate using gummy bears! representing an ideal hours worth of pair work.

File:GB7.png

We also track our velocity each week using Velocity = IET/Effort in Calendar Time
i.e. the difference between estimated time and actual time.

Timesheets
