Stories
Page of all the stories - all stories generated by work with the customers.
Page of important user stories - stories considered to be of excellent priority by the customers.
Estimation
We estimate using gummy bears! representing an ideal hours worth of pair work.
File:GB7.png |
We also track our velocity each week using
Velocity = IET/Effort in Calendar Time
i.e. the difference between estimated time and actual time.
Timesheets
Meetings
Meeting Times
During iterations meetings were mainly to generate new pairs and for the pairs to decide what they are working on. Details of meetings were put up on the corresponding iteration pages
