Installer

Aim

Allow non technical people to install the program easily

Method

Silent install of Firebird, with all options preset.
Copy in the necessary Firebird libs
Copy tomcat accross, with all libs in the right place, and Archivista.war ready to be deployed
Copy accross PDStore and fsql
Run reset-pdstore to set up the database
Make sure Java Home is set when running Tomcat
