Sort out workplan
- Must factor in all due project due dates (i.e. Interrim reports)
- Should also factor in all possible due dates from other courses as well (To prevent loss of productivity)
- Strict Workplan
  - Behind in terms of schedule
  - Must adhere to workplan and dates completely, no exceptions
Planning, Scheduling, and Documentation
- Should we move to Google Docs?
  - Provides confidentiality
  - Craig and Jesse will be able to edit documents as well, as they please
  - Calendar available - Makes things easier to plan for workplan, due dates, etc
Research Topics
- Sort out what research topics we're gonna do
  - I'll take video Conferencing research (Weng Hao)
- Preferrable that research on technical side of Silverlight
  - Don't spend too much time on plugins (Maybe on how to get a plugin working, difficulty, interoperability/support integration with existing technololgies
- Reasonable time on competitive technologies (Don't focus too much time on just competition)
  - Possible Competitors: Adobe Flash/Flex/Air, Google Gears, Mozilla Prism (?)
  - Maybe benefits using other technologies such as functionality, developmental side, etc
