This is woefully inadequate. It does not reflect two hours work.

Did you not understand what was required, or just not put the time in? If you didn't understand, what help did you seek? This is supposed to be a reflective essay, where you report what you did and think about how you might do better next time. You won't improve your performance until you start to understand what's holding you back.
