Comments from John Hamer

This does not reflect two hours of work in the lab. This is supposed to be a reflective essay. You were presented with a task that noone in the class fully understood. You need to articulate what you know and don't know, and work out a strategy for finding out. What is your strategy? Did you ask for help from the tutor or lecturer? What did you ask them? How far did you get? Did you compile and run the program? Did you look at any of the output? What did you do for two hours?

I need you to write these things, firstly so that I know how you are coping, and secondly so that you develop better skills at coping with the (entirely normal) situation of not knowing what's going on. Your working life will be an endless series of such situations, and you have learn how to cope.
