Summary

Prism is pretty much a chopped down firefox which can be customised for use with a paticular site. It probably wont help us much with functionality.

Prism is built on firefox, and like RIA's is somewhat of a website/application mashup. Uses XULRunner. Pros:

Cons:

  • Seems rather immature.
  • Quick look; no mention of the caching/localised database (wich I can see on GGears). Could be part of XULRunner.

I need to take a more in-depth look. It might do the trick but it seems to be more of a taylored browser for your web page, than something that will do the synchronisation.
