Sprint 1 Retrospective

What went well

  • That we achieved an aesthetically pleasing video player
  • That we were able to place the Silverlight application in MVP
  • We were able to develop asynchronously
  • That we were able to test the user interface’s business logic
  • Source control worked well

What can be improved

  • Work needs to be committed after every successful change otherwise other developer cannot use the changes
  • We went over sprint finish date which was due to the source control issue outlined above and grossly underestimating the presenter implementation. To finish promptly testing was abandoned due to the development overhead incurred.
