• Tandberg should be accommodated in second sprint
  • Work done for Tandberg in sprint 2
• Main part [of project] is the interface
• First sprint was GUI
  • Some focus was placed on Tandberg interests [testing, separation of concerns, connection TCS to Silverlight]
• Second sprint [the] GUI is less important

Presentation

• Talk about prototype versus prototype
• Motivation and Planning
• Requirements and Design
• Screen dumps or/and movie of implementation
• Evaluation of prototype
• Show the progress
• 10 minutes are given to present and 5 minutes for questions
  • Spin could be 'Youtube'-like but Tandberg
  • Discuss the big picture [as there is not time for fiddly details]
• Challenges and constraints

• Third sprint
  • Search and Thumbnails
    • Album control available? If not, repeater available?
    • Pass url to player to show video
  • Use Tandberg API more
• No Fourth sprint due to time constraints
