- For the next few weeks Weng Hao and I shall be working on the project deliverables
Message Board
- [Llyle] So, deliverables to include are:
- The source code (we should not change since it's supposed to be 'as good as it gets' and to derisk us from 'trivial' changes causing code breakage.)
- The README (which Weng Hao has done)
- The Deployment guide and implementation documentation (which Llyle has done)
- Interim and Final Reports
- The research documents produced through the project.
- The poster design
- All other supplimentary documents which was produced which supplements our project deliverable. (Our wiki pages do)
- [Weng Hao] Hi Llyle, Professor Hosking emailed the following regarding the meeting with him:
" Hi Guys,
Sure, happy to meet up.
I'm away overseas this week, though. How are you placed to meet up next week? I have some time Tuesday before 11 or Thu 12-3.
Compendium looks good. Suggestions for additions include:
1. set up tutorial 2. code (not sure if this goes in the compendium - unsure of current guidelines on this but it needs to be in a safe repository somewhere) or is that what you mean by implementation?
Cheers, John"
The times given aren't exactly good for you though, since it's Tuesday and Thursday. We may need to ask him for another time?
- He's also mentioned about the setup of a tutorial for the system, I think that might be in the implementation, but we could add a .doc one later when I've got the time (With pictures, etc).
- Remember that the compendium is in the shared drive. I'm abit busy right now, so feel free to work on it and re-upload the files when you've changed things there.
- Reminder that October 8 is meeting to Hamilton as well.
Thanks, Weng Hao
