Description: We are creating a framework which dynamically scales a web service to provide a consistent response time. Using Amazon Web Services<ref>"Amazon Web Services" Amazons Web Service portal.</ref>, such a framework will start more servers as the quality of service starts to suffer, and decrease the quantity of available services where possible to minimize running costs.
