Making the Parser

I spent most of this lab trying to understand the code i was already given and possible ways of implementing it. By the end I had only finished creating the necessary header file which defined the tokeniser structs. I'm going to come back to this, but will perhaps try and complete the second option first - extending the toy tokeniser.
