This is my first screencast. Unfortunately, for some reason CamStudio refuses to record any audio. As a result my screencast contains quite a lot of text. I have tried to make it as concise as possible. I also encountered problems with my compiler, ie. it wouldn't compile :(. Anyway, that aside, I've tried to make a good screencast with what I had, and although there are a few areas that could be tidied up I hope it helps you. Feedback is welcome!
