We now have a movable/hidable Pip that plays video, although expectant buffering issues exist.
Url is now passed from one asp page to another asp page's Silverlight control.
Established that it is not trivial to avoid the dropped packets issue experienced with HD videos.
Toggling through sequential videos on content server rather than randomly, which is a trivial change.
